This year is our (Xth) summit, and our third year in our permanent home in NYC.

Our theme this year is ‘a more human organization’. To me, this is about several things. Being clearer about what humans are best at, as we build more technology into our workplaces. It is also how to get the best from people, through understanding their basic biological needs. And ultimately it is about valuing humans themselves, in the service of healthier organizations, achieving their goals most effectively.

Like our last summits, our commitment remains to making this the most brain-friendly large event in the world. Along those lines, expect some innovations based on feedback we continue to seek over the years, focused on generating the strongest, most useful insights for the audience. You’ll find we have kept the best of past years, and tweaked how we present and digest, to maximise our ability to make sense of big ideas, and maximise quality connections with other great minds.

Making organizations more human means a few things. It means being clear about what humans are best at as we build more technology into our workplaces. It means leveraging what we know about our basic biological needs to empower people to perform at their best. Above all, it means valuing people — knowing that making cultures more inclusive and empowering a variety of voices is the surest path to healthier, more effective organizations.

As always, we’re committed to making the NeuroLeadership Summit the most brain-friendly event in the world. You’ll find that even as we’ve retained the best elements from years past, we’ve added new features to help you make sense of big ideas and form genuine, enduring connections with other great minds.
